Grassroots Led Community Exercise

As part of the effort of creating a more self-reliant community, the community exercises are led by the community themselves through the Community Emergency and Engagement Committees (C2Es) with the active guidance and support of SCDF and other Home Team Agencies. The C2Es are given the freedom to select from a menu of three terrorism related scenarios to suit the local community concerns. These scenarios are Chemical Attack release, Bomb Explosion Incidents and Aircraft Hijack leading to an aircrash.
